Our content
The course content, design and software of Patent Path belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation. Extracts from Indian law, such as the Patents Act, 1970 and the Patents Rules, are public law and are quoted for teaching.
Not legal advice
Patent Path is a study aid. It is not legal advice and is not linked to the Indian Patent Office or the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. The law changes, so always check the current official text. Using Patent Path does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
The service
We work to keep Patent Path available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We may change, add or remove features and content, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Patent Path, such as lost time or exam results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Patent Path after a change, you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
